Helen Riggle

Helen Riggle is a resident of Arizona. She is affiliated with Sahuaro and Sunland Brittany club. She regularly attends events in AZ, CA and NM. She has been a part of the Brittany breed for 27 years and part of ABC for the same amount of time. She is willing to travel to Booneville for the BOD meeting.

She participates in Field trails, shows, rescue, hunt test and futurities. She is an AKC and AM. Field Judge and a sweeps judge. She is a breeder and has put the following titles on her dogs: DC, GCH, FC, AFC, CH, JH, SH and NA

Helen has been on the BOD for 1 term but has also held other positions such as Event chairman, Event Sec. NSS committee, Reporter for NGDC for 7 years and many other national committees.

She feels her strongest asset is that she has participated and run events in all the regions. This has given her a great deal of experience in all aspects of this beloved breed. She is aware of the needs of the ABC and is committed to finding solutions to better the ABC for all.

Bob West

Bob West is a resident of California and is currently a member at large. He regularly attends events in the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Arizonia, Arkansas and Nevada. He has been involved with Brittanys for 25 years and a part of ABC for 25 years. He is willing to attend the ABC BOD meeting in Booneville.

He is active in Field Trails, Shows, Hunt tests and Futurity. He is a breeder with over a 100 titles on his dogs which include: DC, MH, NBISS, NGDC, BIS, BISS, FC, JH, and many more. He has been an ABC director in the past and helped mentor new Brittany owners. He has helped on various committees throughout his life.

Bob states Sanbar kennels built its reputation on developing the best Brittany for conformation and hunting while always being open to continuous improvement. He is open minded and does not favor one event activity over another activity, as we need to recognize Brittanys as a versatile and family-oriented dog.

He says he has a low tolerance for BS and postering to gain favor for activities as well as being accountable for the revenue and spending benefit the participates accordingly.
