The Gamin Gun Dog Award is awarded annually to the dog that accrues the most points in all One Hour Horseback Gun Dog Stakes held by The American Brittany Club, Regional Brittany Clubs or Brittany Championship Associations. The award runs from July 1st of the current calendar year through June 30th of the following year. Owners winning the award are presented with a beautiful oil painting of the winning dog by artist Lawrence Snyder of Ponte Vedra, FL. The painting is presented at a Garmin sponsored dinner during the week of the National Gun Dog Championship.
