Nine year old Rimarda's Trademark was the winner of this years IAMS AWARD on the strength of six hour wins this year.
Owned by Jim and Janet Chase, T.M. is out of the The Real Thing x Shiawassee Showtime Babe.
A consistent winner and producer throughout his career, T.M. has gained 20 on hour placements and has consistently been near the top of the IAMS AWARD for the last few years.
This year alone, he won the International Championship, the Illinois Championship, and the Pheasant Classic and was R.U. of the Michigan Championship, the Prairie State Classic and the Lee Holman Classic.
To date he has produced 5 field champions, including the 1989 National Champion Rimarda's Gambler.
This years IAMS AWARD was again presented in the clubhouse of the Blue Mountain Field Trial Grounds.
We were again lucky enough to have Mr. Roy Pelton of the IAMS Company on hand to make the presentation.
All told, about 200 people attended the happy hour and were present when ABC President Dr. John Webb awarded Roy Pelton with a Presidential Citation.
Roy has been a longtime member of many breed clubs, including the American Brittany Club and has been a staunch supporter of the All-Age ideals.
Also on had during the hour were Ray and Mary Jo Trimble. Ross Young presented them with a painting of FRANKLIN COUNTY BANDIT, last years IAMS Award Winner.
Ross has again been asked to paint RIMARDA'S TRADEMARK for the Chases.
All in all it was another banner year for the IAMS Award and all who participated in the trials.
